Keynote Connections Inc Conference Call Consulting Services provides answers to issues a company may have regarding their current Government contract or possible future contracts.

Keynote Connections Inc offers a 3-tiered Conference Call Service

Tier 1: Basic questions regarding Government or GSA/VA offer requirements
Tier 2: Question about GSA/VA contracts in place
Tier 3: Questions about pricing or Option Extension issues of GSA/VA Contracts

The procedure for Conference Call Consulting Service is the following:

Contact Keynote Connections (KC) with a request for service
KC will email a questionnaire form requesting info on your issues/problems.
KC will respond with a notification regarding the time involved in solving the problem
KC will respond with the pricing structure for dealing with your issue
KC may request copies of documents involved in dealing with contract issues
KC and the client will set up a convenient time for Conference Call
KC will discuss the issues in question and offer solutions to the problem
KC will invoice the client with payment expected upon receipt
Prepayment of first Conference Call is required. Then KC will invoice for future calls

Conference Call Consulting Service pricing structure is:

Tier 1: Basic questions - $100.00 per hour
Tier 2: Contractual Issues - $125.00 per hour
Tier 3: Pricing/ Technical/ Option Extension issues - $150.00 per hour

Conference Call Consulting has a minimum of 30 minutes. In regards to major issues with a contract, arrangements are made to discuss the time involved and a project cost can be established.

Cancellation Policy: there will be a minimum charge of $50.00 for the cancellation of a scheduled Conference Call. Notification of cancellation or reschedule must be within 24 hours of the appointed Conference Call appointment.
