SpringAhead software provide on line time sheets that can be accessed by employees or sub-contractors anywhere in the world. Time is posted remotely, by project, approved and exported into QuickBooks.

SpringAhead technical support installs and set up the software and reviews with the client QuickBooks structure.

Keynote Connections will work with QuickBooks Administrator and assist with the SpringAhead Implementation Process
Keynote Connections will work with QuickBooks Administrator in Setting Up the Federal Customers in QuickBooks and the specific Items for the Federal Customer
Keynote Connections reviews Employees/Consultants assigned to the New Customer
Keynote Connections will work with QuickBooks Administrator and SpringAhead tech support regarding the synchronizing of the two software programs
Keynote Connections reviews SpringAhead for accuracy of the QuickBooks synchronization
Keynote Connections will update the Government Job in SpringAhead and create the Project, assign Employee/Consultants and Labor Hour Rates
Keynote Connections will post/review all time posted to SpringAhead.
Keynote Connections will verify time posted with Contract Administrator for accuracy
Keynote Connections will approve and export time to QuickBooks
Keynote Connections will create invoice for Government Customer applying the imported time from SpringAhead.
Keynote Connections will email Government Customer invoice to Management for review and approval.
Keynote Connections will email approved invoice to the appropriate Government Receiving department
